The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

How does it work?
The SEASALT plan is all about installing positive habits into your mind. Whether you are currently suffering from weak mental wellbeing, or want to use it as a preventative measure, it is about developing a mental wellbeing toolkit that you can reach into whenever you need it. Each module takes 30 days to complete. but just 20 minutes dedicated learning, delivered by video, at the start of each of the 30 days. Then simply daily practice that you weave into your every day life.
What if I don’t have the time?
Let’s get serious here. I am asking you for 20 minutes every 30 days. That is all. The rest is practice that is weaved into your every day, whilst you are doing the tasks you would normally do, just requiring you to think a little more/ a bit differently/ be aware. If you don’t have 20 minutes per month to dedicate to your mental wellbeing then I would be a little concerned for you.
